Canopies Direct ten year guarantee
At Canopies Direct we have been supplying our canopies, porches and other products since 1982. We are so confident of our product line that we have a 10 year parts and labour guarantee.
Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear, or accidental damage. Please note that while we are happy to help in cases of damage caused by lack of maintenance, or accidental damage these will incurr call out and repair charges.
Free Maintenance Check
Canopies Direct is pleased to offer a free maintenance check to all our customers to offer you peace of mind. If you would like to arrange a visit please give us a call on 07960983850 or 0800 77 34 7770. In conjunction with this visit you may like to take advantage of our Canopy Valet which if combined with the maintenance visit is offered at a discount rate of £20. Canopy Valet
The Canopy Valet service is chargeable at a rate of £40 unless it is carried out in conjunction with our Maintenance Check.
The valet comprises of:

Cleaning uPVC elements
-
Cleaning tiles of moss, build up or debris

Washing brackets
-
Washing windows if a porch or mini porch
On this visit if you would like your brackets repainted this can be carried out at a cost of £15 per set. Bracket replacement can be carried out for £30 per set. If you would like a change of gallows design give us a call to discuss the available options.
